The third PBJ FAQ document was published April 17, 2017 after the second required data submission by facilities.

This FAQ added zero new questions, removed two, and modified just one previously answered question.  New concepts included:

  • Changed the requirement to report Hire and Termination dates to optional from required
  • Removed a prior answered question on optional reporting of Laboratory and Radiology staff
  • Removed a prior answered question on Hire and Termination dates as that requirement was made optional
